Hi Celeste - like yourself, I am a former HM counsellor & have a diploma in Natural Health & Nutrition.
The store I worked in closed & I still assist those individuals left behind in the wake of our recession with w/loss counseling, motivation & menu planning. The Menu plan is great & individuals who follow it can lose weight with commitment & diligence & without product. As an update, supplementation is mandatory on the OLP's.

Relationship Problems
Than to make matters worse (this is where you come in), I have gained 12 pounds in the last three weeks! It seems like I cannot stop eating!!
