I do not have Fibromyalgia, but I do have a diesease commonly confused with it, call CMP, or Chronic Myofascial Pain. Let's take me for example. Summer months are often easier than winter. Warm air is abundant as is less clothing. When the sun is shining and you are wearing flip flops, shorts, and a tank top, there is lets say approximately 3 - 5 pounds of clothing. Mind you, with extreme heat, the pain can be just as unsufferable as the winter months. Now let's look at winter:
When clothing weighs much more in Winter than it does in summer this can cause a lot of symptomatic pain. And that is soo not fair.. Yet, what choice do we have to an all natural Fibromyalgia cure? While most of us feel like there is no end to our suffering, and although the pain will likely never ever go away, there are a few things we can do to help cure fibromyalgia. And while there is no "real" cure, there are several things you can do to ease thier suffering. Helping them walk is one thing. Helping them maintain an active lifestyle is something else. I pay.. A typical day after a treat leaves me with constant and increased pain, headaches, worse sleeping than normal and triggers "gout like" joint pain. Sometimes it is so bad that I cannot lift my head off the pillow. However, while eating a healthy diet and maintaining a good amount of daily water, the suffering is decreased slightly. Although a regular tylenol is in effect, it does nothing but mask the pain and has to be taken every 4 hours. Not good if your trying to take an all natural approach to Fibromyalgia cures.
