What is an antioxidant anyway?
Antioxidants are essential to the every human body need. They are absorbed through the eating process from food.
Basically we all have Free Radicals floating around our bodies. These are used to assist the body in breaking them down to prevent further damage to healthy cells used for energy for example.
Some fruits and vegetables contain more power then others. The two highest are Prunes and Kale with both Raisins and Spinach following suit.
Can't I just take a pill?
