Bread Recipes: Healthy Bread Recipes

Healthy Bread Recipes? Is it true? Can it be so?!!

Is there really such thing as healthy yeast rising dough? In a manner of speaking yes. Over the recent years certain foods and other carbs alike have gotten in a rock and a hard place.

The Atkins diet told you to not eat it at all. Other diets tell you to eat them in moderation, and what most of us forget is that it is actually present in some fruits and vegetables...

Take Potatoes for example. Unless you are a Atkins-er then you will have to eat them in moderation if at all! (I don't know about you, but NOBODY takes my potatoes away from me)!

Bagels are a biggie as well. Some people (and once upon a time myself included) eat them for breakfast everyday. And while we should eat carbs everyday, not when one portion is the equivalent of 5.

So now what?

There really and truly is an answer to the age old Question "Is there a healthy bread recipe"? Well yes there is. Just like there is an epiphany of large corporations dedicated to making sure we see milk signs everywhere we turn, there are just as many companies dedicated to the bakery of the world.

We all (or most of us anyway) know that wheat & rye is the best. But do we know why white isn't so good for us? It is because the flour has been bleached and over processed. Now if you have allergies to wheat or anything else for that matter it's better to look at the actual causes as opposed to pointing fingers to one food group.

I will share mine first but I am hoping that as time passes more and more of us are going to be willing to share the secrets of our families that have been passed down through the ages.

My dough recipe does not include a bread machine or any other piece of equipment that is not connected to me. It's all hands and fingers. I knead my bread. I use a spoon to start stirring and use a warm spot for it to rise. But I will not tell you here.

I will fill out the form to show you what it will look like and at my next preparing of the actual carb, I will record & you tube it for yas!
