This is a quick and easy oatmeal breakfast recipe. The apples and cinnamon can go into the oven while you quickly get ready for a day at the office! Perfect for these cold Canadian winters and tasty enough for the kids! The apples make for a heartwarming fruit first thing in the morning and the cinnamon accents the sugar of the fruit!

Here's how to do it!

Make the oatmeal according the the directions. (Stove top is best, but microwave is acceptable too.)

Dice the apple into edible pieces and sprinkle the cinnamon on top. (Peel off is best, however it has the most nutrients).

Next put your sprinkled and diced apple onto a cookie sheet and bake for 10 Minutes at 350 degrees C.

Remove oatmeal from cooking and mix all the apple, cinnamon and oatmeal together.

A delicious way to start the day and get the family out the door for school!
