I'm sorry but I don't care what you eat for breakfast but eat it! Start small. It doesn't matter if you munch on a 1/4 piece of toast or if you eat three grapes.

Start somewhere besides a coffee or tea. Beginning your day 10 minutes before lunch is not helping your body. It just doesn't cut it folks. Your metabolism is your lifeline and every year it slows a little more.

Why make it as slow as possible in your 20's? The best way to get your body going is to eat this meal.

It really is the single most important thing to do in the day. Would you skip going to the washroom all day 'cause you just didn't feel like it?

Doubt it.

Speed it up!

I know that within one week of you making that small change your body will wake you up hungry. This is a good thing.

The last thing you need is to wake up, start the day and then get your body going 4 to 10 hours later.

Plus, why would you start your metabolism before you go to bed? By eating a simple breakfast you are changing your body to help keep you going.

And not just assuming that last nights dinner should carry you for 14 hours.

Start Small!!

It will be difficult at first, but you can do it! Like I already said, Start Small! The power and energy you will feel for one simple tiny little difference can change your life.

And if you really don't want to do it, how are you going to know it doesn't work.
