The Canada Food Guide for Women. Not usually the first thing that we would turn to for healthy eating advice, as it seems like a daunting task when first reviewing it.

I am here to make this and easy transition for you. From breakfast to dinner I have broken down the Canada Food Guide for Women. It is listed into a day full of healthy surprises and not going over the daily caloric intake.

The first few days of making the change to a healthy lifestyle is not easy. There is constipation, habits to break, and challenges to overcome.

But after these have been overtaken, you are on the right path. As women, especially through menopause or during our cycles, water is of the utmost importance.

When your body is depleting itself from all it’s nutrients and flushing everything out, you must replace it. If heavy cramping is what you feel during this time, it is even more important then ever to begin a healthy lifestyle.

With extra toxins floating around in the system and your body is flushing everything out, all that is left for your body to feed off of is toxins. A prime example of why you should be eating a healthy lifestyle.

Here is a one-day example of how to eat properly and just how it fits into the Canada Food Guide.

Breakfast
2 slices of Bread

1 Tbsp of Peanut Butter

1 c of Milk

1 Medium Banana


Snack
1 Medium Apple

Lunch
1 Can of water packed Tuna

1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise

1 c of Pasta

1 c of Salad

1 Tortilla
Snack
1 c of Carrotsdiv
Dinner
1 ½ oz. Salmon

2 c of Asparagus

¼ c of Rice


Snack
1 medium Apple

And that’s it. The Canada Food Guide for Women on a one day basis. I certainly don’t expect you to eat these specific foods, but hey if they work, then great, if not use them as a guideline. It is all broken down to make it easier for you.
