Celery is a cheap and great additive to foods. More commonly used in soups or in a stir fry, the leaves are the most tasteful.

By removing the leaves from this vegetable you are also removing the portion that gives it the most taste! They also contain the most calcium and iron then the stalks, SO DON'T GET RID OF THEM!

Fiber is also predominant in this veggie. This is why they are so filling.

However, being that they are also about 90% water, they only tide you over for a little while, so they are great to eat before going to a buffet style dinner or restaurant.

Some people also believe that this veggie is a great way to help with the pain of Gout. Anyway you dice 'em or slice 'em or stew them up, it is a great filler as well as taster!

It is also great in soups! The stalks help to enhance the taste of the dinner and make it look even better!
