However, Complaints can be filed here.

Complaints are taken seriously and the author will be banned automatically.

The reason for this is I am trusting everyone to be respectful as weight loss is hard enough, even in an online forum.

Customer Complaints

Here is where you will be able to post your customer complaints. Well, any complaints actually.

If we find that you complaint is valid, we will follow up on it regardless of which avenue it is. If it directed at us, than we take that very seriously.

If it is in regards to information you have found or seen in one of our forums this is the spot for it. I want to make it clear.

If you do not tell us the exact page you are having an issue with, we can not address the issue.

Please be sure to include the link to the page when using the form below.

(This can easily be done by pressing your "Back" button then copying the address from the white bar across the top of the page).

We understand that not everyone is going to agree with everyone else, however, if you file a complaint with us and do not recieve a response it is because of one of three reasons:

1) No email was included or

2) The location for your complaint wasn't listed;

3) We do not feel it is a valid point and thereby we do not feel it is worthy of a response.

In any case, with over 200 pages on this website, I think you can understand that having a customer who has a complaint provide the accuarte page information would be essential and the only reason we'd use #3 is if it is what we'd consider a silly customer complaint which does not actually work for the majority of people.

An customer complaint example of #3 would be if someone wanted to write in stating that meat should not be eaten. To me, This is an example of not appropriate for everyone. For some it is a religious reason to not eat meat, for others it is just a preference, and yet others it is mandatory.

However as the moderator of all forum postings and customer complaint forms I think it is best to hope that people will use their own abiliites and navigate away from such pages.

So that is just a (very!) long winded example of why we wouldn't respond to a customer complaint but I think you get the idea.

We consider them all important and we will be in touch.. Unless it fits into #3 ;-)
