Use Parsley for constipation. It is highly effective and should be used in moderation. (That means less then a 1/4 of a cup.)

Never ever skip breakfast. It will not matter if you are eating a tiny piece of toast. Start small. In a matter of days your body will learn to be hungry first thing in the morning.
-
Dinner or Supper should be the smallest meal of the day.

Any after dinner snack should consist of a fruit or plain piece of toast.

Smaller portions. As children growing up, most of us had an adult sized plate LOADED with food. Try going as small as you can, then go for seconds.
-
Wait for 2 or 3 minutes before going for seconds. This will give your body time to begin digesting and understanding that it may already be full with enough time to register to your brain that you are finished.
-
Skip the Salt . Use fresh spices instead to make your meals have more taste.
-
Do not, I repeat, DO NOT finish the left overs on your child or partners plate. Give them smaller portions as well. (This is also a bit of an ego boost when you find them asking for more, but it also helps to remove the temptation of over indulging.)
