The diet fads are coming and going as quickly as the radio announcers can say they name and they are taking your money.

Pills buy (pun intended) the dozen, bars to replace a food group or a meal and eating what you want are not the best for everyone.

Yes, a lot of these programs work and work well, but you know yourself best and not every program will work for you and your needs.

A great tip to remember is that when changing your eating habits to loose weight, your body is going to have some kind of reaction. It is a detoxification of sorts.

If you have opted to remove coffee from your expect your body to go through some cramping and possibly headaches. Or if your body has become accustomed to needing that coffee to regulate bowel movements expect anywhere from one day to a week of constant constipation.

However, if this does happen it can be easily fixed with a SMALL dose of parsley.

**Do not go over board. Parsley is highly potent and less then a ¼ c should have your bodily functions going by after dinner. If that is not the case, then wait until morning before trying to take other measures. **

I also suggest increasing your water. This will increase weight loss and will work to assist your body when it needs to form the movement.

This makes it more comfortable for you and decreases your risk of getting hemorrhoids or worse external hemorrhoids.

(That's right. Hemorrhoids can actually go on the outside. It is caused by too much pushing to get the bowel movement out. When the poo comes out the hemorrhoids can too.. Meaning your fingers or your Doctors fingers will be putting them back inside).

So when changing your diet please consider all the potential effects your body may go through, and make sure you are ready to start watching your calories.

Stress is always going to be present. If you can admit that you are someone who stress eats, keep in mind that when you are eating healthy food and switch to junk food all extra will be converted into fat cells.

A weight increase of 2 to 3 or even five pounds is highly likely. Bloating, joint pain and hangover like symptoms can be just some of the uncomfortable reactions your body will experience.

Let’s not forget that wonderful bowel movement either. Chances are you will get caught between counting calories and the junk food monsters when you are a stress eater.

Choose your diet carefully and appropriately. Find one that truly suits your needs, makes you feel good doing it and but most importantly one you can stick to.
