Dill is probably one of the cheapest seasonings out there and comes in very large bundles when bought fresh.
Chop it, cut it, slice it or dice it. Anyway you spice it, this is one herb that is off to the races for your food.
When looking to add a little "pep" your dinners, or extra taste to that salmon, this spice is the route to take.
One of the most common herbs, this seasoning is delicious when fresh from the store, or straight out of the freezer. You can cut and use the whole thing.
Stalk and all, it goes in there. Now mind you when you are cooking and looking for a seasoning and open your freezer I found it a little difficult to pull it out of the plastic bag and separate it from the other diced spices.
It will be better to separate your herbs into smaller containers. (I used ziploc bags but they were so large I filled them! Needless to say, I was able to store a whole bundle into 4 or 5 large bags, however it's a little messy when trying to use it for cooking).
