These are a few of my favorite books. The information in them is incredible and it offers numerous ways to counter different aliments with food options. It also discusses different vitamins and how to use them.
I strongly suggest looking at these books. It is large and keeps well on the shelf for years, but is very worth the investment.
You can pull it off the shelf once a week or three times a year, like an old friend this book will help guide you and give nutritional advice as opposed to running to the doctors.
