Using Healthy Soup Recipes to Live BetterHealthy Soup Recipes? Is there really such thing? Well, since we focus on making our foods & meals from home, the answer is yes. Even bouillon cubes are healthy. You just have to use it properly. What do I mean by properly? Well, first there are different options for soup. Using Salt reduced base is the second best option. The absolutely best option is to use the bones of what ever soup you are trying to make. So, using Chicken bones for Chicken, Turkey bones for Turkey soup etc. you get the idea. Now what you do with them is after you have cooked the bird or animal is to leave the bones in a new pot covered fully with water. Then boil it. This will help strip the bones of anything that is left on them such as fat and grissle, and it will help to give you the base you will be using. After it has boiled & cooled then you allow it to cool then skim the fat off the top (it will rise) and off to make your very own Healthy Soup!
