The Cheapest Lemon Salad Dressing! This Lemon Salad Dressing is made with Oil and is quick and can be done in less than 2 minutes... All you need is a few items and a container. So grab your fruit, some ground pepper, some dill, and some oil and lets get dressing!! Thats all. Oh, ya! You will also need a lid for your container!
Ingredients!1 cup of Olive Oil 1 Lemon Some ground pepper (Up to you if its fresh ground or not) Freshly chopped dill (This must be fresh) First wash your fruit, and have your 1 cup of Olive Oil ready and waiting in a container that has a tight fitting lid. Using a cheese grater grate off the peel of the fruit allowing the peels to fall into the oil. Next, sprinkle (or cover) the top of the oil and peel mix with the pepper. TIP : Now if you have never used dill I would go easy on it since it can seem a little abrasive at first, especially since you will be using the fresh bushel from the grocery store. Using a sharp knife and a cutting board dice up the dill and watch your fingers. Make sure the stalks of the dill are being used as well since these care so many of the nutrients and taste. Sprinkle (or cover) the above mixture with the freshly chopped dill. Mix. That's all. Your done. Mix, serve, eat, and cover with lid, place in fridge. Enjoy on a salad or on a salmon dinner. Approx.
