Every meal is different. From what you eat to how you eat it to what time you eat.

An example might be that you'll eat eggs for breakfast but have an egg salad sandwich for lunch. Prep is different. Everything.

Most of us, sadly, do not have the time for proper planning for ourselves. And worst we do not know the benefits of timely eating.

Beginning the day as early as 5:30 or 6 am is tough enough when we are a society that is overworked, over tired and under paid. With so many factors involved it is increasingly more difficult to eat a proper breakfast, get a filling lunch or even have a well rounded dinner.
