Meatless Spagetti Sauce Everyone Can Enjoy! This Meatless Spaghetti Sauce by far has to be my new favorite food. All Kidding aside, I mean it. It's quick, easy and most of the times we all seem to have the ingredients available. Now, I have to admit this is by no means an authentic Italian recipe, this pasta salad sauce is one fantastic treat! Spaghetti in french is a great way to make a meal for the whole family and make sure that everyone ends up full. I will typically start my sauce first, only because it is easy to boil up some water. Now, this is what you'll need:1 Large Tomatoe or 1 pint of Cherry or Grape Tomatoes Now, let's get started cooking your Spaghetti sauce! Slice and dice all your tomatoes into tiny little pieces. When putting them into the pot, make sure all of it goes into the pot. The outer portion, the seeds, the juice all of it! This will help make your sauce the way we want it! Boil your Tomatoes.. DO NOT ADD WATER. Just turn the pot on high and start boiling them alone. The juices will do the work for you. You will need to make sure you keep stirring it because you do not want burnt tomatoes (trust me!). When it starts getting mushy slice and dice all the parsley, garlic, and celery leaves. Mix it all together and add the water on occasion to help the tomatoes become more smushy and to help cook. Once the tomatoes start to boil, I would start the water for your spaghetti pasta. When boiling, throw in the pasta, cook it up and by the time the noodles are done, your sauce will be done. Pour the Sauce over Your Spaghetti noodles (*don't add butter!) and eat away! This is a fantastic Vegetarian Meatless Spagetti Sauce!
