Today's women are experiencing Menopause at an earlier age. It used to be that women would begin this life altering change in their late 40's early 50's. But that is no longer the case. One of the reasons to consider is because of the difference in societies.

Our moms and Grandmums didn't eat chips and dip, pop wasn't an option, and the meat they ate was grazing in the fields not stuck in containers eating chemically altered foods to enhance their meats.

This change in food has increased the number of young women becoming pre-menopausal and increased the number of young girls entering womanhood at alarming rates. Adolescent girls are becoming women at the ripe old age of 10.

A change of food can help! A couple of very popular supplements are Black Cohawsh and Prime Rose oil. These in conjunction with better eating habits works wonders for those of us suffering from this phase of womanhood.
