This quick weekend dinner recipe can be prepared so fast that your actual prep time is about 10 minutes.

Although the cook time is a lot longer, the crock-pot smells filling your kitchen with this one so great you can smell it down the hallway!

All you’re going to need is :

2 tbsp of fresh or frozen Dill

2 c fresh cut green beans

2 med. Cowboy steaks (You can use grilling steaks too!)

3 cloves of garlic

4 med. Potatoes

Coarse Black Pepper

Water

Dice up your potatoes (after you’ve cleaned them of course!) and put them in the bottom of your crock-pot. Pour just enough water in to just cover the tops of the potatoes. Next, add your 2 c of green beans and sprinkle the fresh or frozen dill on top. Turn cooker on high and cover. Dice meat into small edible pieces and put into crock-pot.

Cover and cook for 2 ½ hrs on high. This is a great weekend recipe when you have cleaning to do around the house and don’t really feel like cooking!
