Recipes: Free Healthy Recipes for the Taking!

These free recipes are yours for the taking. They are my families favorite meals and are so simple to make. Recipes are supposed to be simple and easy to follow.

Some go on for pages and pages and are not that easy.

Never mind some of the ingredients that even I have no clue what they are!

Who wants to sit in the kitchen to stir every 10 minutes or worse..

Can't leave the house because the oven is on.

The menus that I have here are my favorites. They can be made quickly and are great for you to eat.

To start the day look at Apple and Cinnamon Breakfast! Some of them are not going to be edible for the whole family.

Some are so spicy that a dolup of sour cream is necessary.

Either way they are all easy ways to get you started on the path to a healthier lifestyle. Or, if you or a loved one is sick or going through a stressful time, the Best Roasted Garlic Soup is sure to warm hearts.

It can also be frozen and reheated for quick use!

Some just fill you up so much you can't believe that they are actually good for you. Try out the Tuna Pasta Salad for a quick and easy lunch idea!

So sit back, relax and sift through these tasty menus! Here you will find different ways to get your family to eat their fruits and vegetables and some very special spices that you will just love by the time your through with them.

This Lasagna Recipe Momma Celeste Lasagna is enough to make dinner at one sitting for four adults or freeze the rest and make two or even three dinners!

A great and common addition to dinner time is a conventional salad.

My all time favorite is this Strawberry Spinach Salad.

Just looking at it makes me hungry and longing for the the sweetness of the strawberries and the tangy taste of the dressing!

Or if you are just short on time, this Quick Weekend Dinner just goes into the Crockpot so you can go to the store!

Or if you want something quick but don't feel like going anywhere try this fantastic Ginger Chicken Stirfry!

So tasty and delicious there is none left over!

Notice how I use a lot of the same spices? This is because they are so cheap, easy to use and make the food taste so scrumptious why not keep using them?!!

Wanting to cook for a loved one to show you care? The Salmon Dinner warms the heart and the soul.

From my kitchen to yours! I can't wait to hear how much your family loved the Fruit in a Blender!

What do I cook with?

Oh, and what do I cook with? Oil. I never use butter at the bottom of my pan.

Not only does it scratch away the fine finishes, but it burns quickly and alters the taste of food.

Well, for starters your feet are for walking and not for doing blood transfusions to the rest of your body.

Nor are they for bringing clean oxygen into the rest of your system. (Well, if your working out it helps with that whole part but that is neither here nor there.)

Using Oil is one thing, but what kind? Amazing Olive Oil.com talks further about Olive oil and cholesterol

It also talks a little further about saturated fats and where to find them. (This site opens in a new page so www.little-known-food-facts.com will still be here when you come back =) )
