Tuna Pasta Salad

Yummy Tuna Pasta Salad before a big exam as it increases mental functioning!

This is my favorite Tuna pasta salad. It is great to eat prior to a big exam and it increases mental function with the Omega Fatty Acids. It also allows for a "quick" meal. Great for a lunch or even to bring to a pot luck to share!

The Directions!

The combination of meat and mayonnaise is so delightfully yummy that it leaves you finding time to make more for your lunches or snacks instead of wasting time in line-ups.

All you need is:

1 can of Water packed Tuna

1 cup of pasta (I prefer Fuscilli as the others are too hard to chew)

2 tbsp of Mayonnaise

Boil about 2 cups of water, and add your pasta. When it has finished cooking (usually about 8 - 10 minutes), drain and allow to cool for 5 minutes.
Open your can, mix in the mayonnaise and set in a bowl! Total prep is about 15 minutes. This Pasta Salad can be eaten warm or cold.

You can also add chopped onions (chives) for a little taste of something spicy, or celery & radishes for an extra crunch!

Since it is so simple to make, my kids ask for it on a regular basis! Concerned about the mercury levels? It is recommended to eat this protein a max of 3 times per week.

(You can also use canned chicken or real chicken & Turkey to change it up).Seeing as this meal is so good, so cheap, so filling and so healthy, we tend to eat this more often then the recommendation but hey, that's us!

Bon Apetit!
