One Sun Dried Tomato wrap
Low-fat Deli Slices - Turkey (3-6 slices)
Half of an avocado
Spring mix lettuce (Hand full)
Two slices of Havarti Cheese (low fat)
1 Diced tomato
1/4 medium sized Sliced Cucumber
Onion Sprouts
Diced Red Pepper
Put wrap on a flat surface. Cut avocado in half and remove the seed. Take one-half of your avocado and use a spoon to scoop out of skin. Spread into middle of wrap. Then place two slices of Havarti Cheese on top. Then put a hand full of spring mix and small amount of onion sprouts on cheese. Then add your tomato, cucumber and red pepper on the lettuce. Next, add your turkey slices on top. Now you can roll your wrap. Once rolled, cut in half and serve.
