Over the past year, I have lost and kept off over 40 pounds simply by changing my eating habits and creating a healthier lifestyle. I know feel much healthier and happier, and can't possibly imagine going back to my old eating habits.
Because changing my lifestyle worked so well for me, I want to help you create a healthy lifestyle and be on your way to a much healthier and happier life. I know what it is like to be overweight and struggle with losing weight, and that's why I am here to help.
I have created a website called Healthy Eating Weight Loss where I tell you exactly what I have done to lose weight and give you tips about what to eat, how to eat, and much more. There is also a menu planning page as well as a guide to eating out. Losing weight could not get any easier.
