Anything else you would like to share?: Just found your "great Garlic Soup" looking for garlic recipes. Studies show that 96% of the sinus problems are do to a yeast overgrowth and that garlic is better than meds.

I was making your Healthy Soup Recipe (Roasted Garlic Soup) & I Found out I did not have dill but my son said to blend up a dill picket and we did and it's still great! Also I, had just a little chicken leftover to put in.. It's about ready to serve...Have not put the lemon in yet, but I love chicken lemon in the soup but I know it will give that kick you mentioned.

Got you on my favorites! Will check your other "stuff" later"...the soups on.

Great Idea!
by: Anonymous

Hi there! Your absolutely correct! Garlic has amazing healthy properties! It can also help heal ear infections! It acts as a blood thinner which in turn helps to increase immunities and radishes work in a similar manner.

I am not sure if you mean dill pickle or dill stalk by the "picket" part but your son has the right idea! Using the stalk of a dill often contains the most nutrients. I would use caution if using a dill pickle only because they are highly preserved and are often filled with salts. (Unless You make them yourself of course)!

Left over chicken is a great addition to any soup! And don't forget: When making any type of bird, keep the bones and boil them in water after..

Let the water cool, skim off the fats and you have an amazing healthy base for any healthy soup recipe!

Thanks for your Input & Keep on cookin'!
