How to Lose Man Boobs Fast?

I need help loosing my man boobs!! My wife is coming back from working in Dubai next week. Can you please tell me what is the fastest way to loose man boobs?

I have gained some weight in the last few months that she's be gone and I want to look ripped and toned for her like I did when she left!

I am so embarrassed that people (friends) are now coming up to me asking me what bra size I wear. This is so embarrassing and adds to the stress of it all.

Do you have any suggestions on how to lose man boobs fast?

Ok, so if your a guy, and I'm a girl I can tell you straight up that there is nothing worse than going to make love to a man and his boobs are bigger than yours!!

And I mean NOTHING WORSE!!

I want to snuggle with my man and make him close to me, not have our chests competing with each other for real estate or breathing space.

The one thing I can tell you is that for some women, including myself, I had to finally let my husband know how I felt. And that was by far the hardest day of my life.

I loved him yes, but there was no longer any sexual attraction left, due to his man boobs. And so he said How do I lose man boobs?

He thought it was totally genetic cause his dad had them, and he can vaguely remember his grandpas too.

So we did some research and found this thing called Strip the Fat. It helped him lose his "moobs" fast. And I mean within a couple of weeks I could feel him closer to me and our sex life increased.

I actually dumped a guy once because he had man boobs
