The Dr. Bernstein Diet: The Doctor, The Nurse and the Needle

Ok, so maybe that's a little ridiculously dramatic but I thought it sounded good considering.

The Dr. Bernstein Diet has had tons of hype over the last few years. He shows a big time celebrity who has lost lots of weight by taking his program.

The thing that they don't seem to promote too much is the fact that some of their clients have actually lost their gall bladder on this program.

I won't say it's a high percentage, but I'll put it this way instead:

When I was working at Herbal Magic, of any of his former clients that walked through our doors to find out about our program, about 7 out of 10 had lost their gall bladder.

So to me that sounds like it would be a lot, but hey, I worked at Herbal Magic.

Now, one thing the two had in common was the B12 supplement. Granted the dose you got with Dr. Bernstein was significantly higher, and it was given to you in a needle.

(We didn't have to give needles. Instead, we got to give a tiny little pill every friday).

Something else to my understanding about the Dr. Bernstein Diet. Do you even get to meet the "Good" Doctor?

I have a friend who tried this and many other avenues to loose weight and never ever met the doctor.

But thanks to his wonderful commercials, The Doctor Bernstein Diet made sure she got a needle every week by a Nurse.
