The Mind over Fatter Programme (also known as The Joy-Filled Body) is a psychological approach to losing weight centered around 5 holistic principles:
1. Be body-wise: there are no pills or powders, but you do learn about your 4 different hungers and how and when to 'feed' each of them. You learn how to check in with your body and be lead by your internal signals instead of a diet sheet that tells you when and how much to eat.
2. Have body-fun. This is about making an active lifestyle fun and play... and it's amazing, once your mind is in the right place about being active, it's enjoyable and sustainable. I know, I used to be an absolute couch potato.
3. Get to the bottom of what's eating you because until you do, you're likely to keep on eating.
4. Live a life of passion, purpose and meaning. Ever noticed that when you're in love or have a new project you're passionate about, you can sail through your days without food being this big issue?
5. Remember that you're a Sacred Being and neither your size nor shape can ever change that. When you start treating yourself as if you are a Sacred Being, you'll start healing at a totally different level, you'll start making healthy choices because you WANT to and not because you have to and THE WEIGHT WILL FALL OFF BY ITSELF.
