The Weight Watchers Point List.
I'm sure you've heard of it, but what I'd like to know is what is all on it.
I know chips, chocolate cake and many other things that are not so healthy are on it.
The whole point is to calculate your points on a daily basis.
I have seen my sister-in-law lose her weight on it and keep it off. And I have seen yet others count and count and unable to keep loosing.
I am sending this out to everyone out there to see if anyone out there wants to share their experiences or has any questions!
